There are many activities associated with the Big Event weekend, May 1 - 4. You can see a full list and descriptions in the schedule here. (Note that events open to the wider community are marked with an asterisk.) Read on for how you can participate!
The Friday night May 2nd welcome social at the Campanile and all of the events of Big Event Saturday May 3rd are for paid registrants only.
If you are a paid registrant, you can stop reading here. You received emails on 4/10 and 4/15 inviting you to select your weekend sessions; use the link provided there. Email bigevent@ergies.org if you have questions.
The Student Show, Auction, and Potluck (Thursday night May 1st) and the Annual Lecture and reception (Friday night May 2nd) happen every year, and are always open to the wider community.
In conjunction with the Big Event, alumni volunteers have put together field trips on Friday May 2nd and cohort gatherings on Sunday May 4th which are open to the ERG community.
If you are not a paid Saturday registrant, sign up for those sessions by Friday April 25th!
Friday field trips have attendance maximums so sign up is required.
Sunday cohort gathering details will only be sent to those who sign up.
Sign up is not required for the Thursday Show or the Friday Annual Lecture, reception, or bar-takeover…but it will help us plan!
The URL provided in email is only for non-paid registrants. For questions, contact bigevent@ergies.org

We would love to have you record and submit a short video by APRIL 25th to include in our montage! Here are the video details...
